Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
All original tags must be attached.
Footwear must be returned in the original shoebox without damage.

Clearly state the reason for your return.
You will receive instructions on how to proceed with your return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
Coffy Baby is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
